FULL BOARD

Our goal at Texas Charm School is to offer the best quality care to our equine friends.  Their health and happiness is our ultimate ambition. We offer all the amenities of a large boarding stable but in a small, private and family oriented setting.  Currently we have four stalls available for full board and our looking for a select group of boarders who are interested in showing, as well as quality training for both horse and rider.  We are able to offer personalized attention because we have two owners, trainers that live and work on site and are always available to assist you. Full board: $590 per month Full board includes: Spacious 12’x12’ stalls with safety gates on the front and double Dutch doors in back of stall Fans in every stall plus excellent cross breeze from windows and doors in barn Insulation in barn roof keeps barn cool in summer and warm in winter Battery operated fly system and fly predator fly control program Stalls cleaned twice daily Horses fed twice daily with a quality balanced feed.  Supplements and special feeds are fed at the owner’s expense. Daily  private turnout Quality grass hay provided twice per day Alfalfa Hay once per day Use of grand prix arena 270'x150' with jumps Use of 80' training round pen Outside area for trail riding  Use of boarder tack room with saddle rack and bridle rack Use of restroom Use of outdoor wash area Worming program Handling of health records Farrier scheduling and handling Other care and maintenance can be arranged at a predetermined cost

PASTURE BOARD

Our goal is to offer the same great service to our pasture board clients as we do to our full board clients.  Your horses health and well-being is our priority.  Pasture Board: $350 per month Pasture Board includes:       Horses fed twice daily with a quality balanced feed.  Supplements and special feeds are fed at the owner’s expense. Quality grass hay provided as needed Use of full size outdoor grand prix jumping arena Use of 80' training round pen Use of outside riding areas Use of boarder tack room with saddle rack and bridle rack Use of restroom Use of outdoor wash area Worming program Handling of health records Farrier scheduling and handling Other care and maintenance can be arranged at a predetermined cost
